The camera cuts back to the ring. Matt: "Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for The Gold Run! To find out the stipulation for the first match, over to Nick Diamond." Nick takes a microphone. Nick: "MAKE IT A ONE-ON-ONE!" The PA system begins rocking out Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody", as The Silent Menace walks through the curtains, closely followed by Craig Thompson. The two men stop at the top of the ramp, and Craig raises his clients left arm. Matt: "Introducing first, weighing in at 330lbs, from Preston. He is THE SILENT MENACE!" Menace climbs into the ring, whilst Craig walks around ringside, shouting words of encouragement at him. Suddenly, the lights cut. IT HURRRRRTS! A smoke bomb explodes in front of the entrance way as "Bring The Pain" by Method Man begins playing. The lights return to normal, as Max Payne walks through the curtains carrying his barbed wire baseball bat. Matt: "And the opponent, weighing in at 250lbs, from Sacramento, California, USA. This is MAX PAYNE!" Max slides into the ring and the bell rings to start the match. -- Max walks up to Menace, and quickly kicks him in the gut. Menace doubles up, and Max kicks him again. He kicks him a third time, and Menace pushes him away. Max bounces off the ropes, and starts hitting knife-edge chops on the big man. Nick: "HE'S CHOPPING SOME MEAT!" Menace pushes Max away again. Max rebounds off the ropes, and Menace military presses Payne high above the ring, before dropping him face first on the mat. Max staggers to his feet, and Menace hits a hard clothesline. He lifts Max up, and hits a double underhoook suplex, following with a pin. 1 2 KICKOUT! Max struggles to his feet in a front facelock, but manages to force Menace into the corner, and with two shoulder thrusts, breaks the hold. Max kicks Menace in the gut again, and hits a hard forearm to the face. Payne leads Menace out of the corner and hits a belly-to-back suplex. Nick: "MAX PAYNE HAS A LOT OF HEART!" Max then locks in a crossface chickenwing on Menace. Craig jumps up on the apron, distracting the referee, so Max breaks the hold. He runs over to Craig, and tries to hit him, but the business advisor jumps down. Max turns back to Menace, but is grabbed by the throat with one hand. Menace lifts Payne for a chokeslam, but the move is countered and Max lands on his feet behind Menace. Johnny: "Great counter!" Menace turns around, and is caught with a clothesline from Max, which has little effect. Menace chops Payne, and then whips him into the ropes. As Max rebounds, Craig grabs his foot, causing Max to stumble. Mills Lane climbs out of the ring, and starts shouting at Craig. Johnny: "I think Craig Thompson is getting dejected!" The Silent Menace stands at the front of the ring, watching the proceeds at ringside. He turns around to face Max, and is levelled with a shot from the barbed wire bat. Menace goes down and Max makes the cover, as Mills slides back in. 1 2 3 Matt: "And the winner of the this round, Max Payne!" Nick: "MAX PAYNE! THE TOUGHEST S.O.B. IN THE NWW!" -- As Menace is helped out of the ring by Mills Lane, purple pyros erupt from the stage, as Jin walks through the curtain to the tune of "Beauty and Stupid" by Hide. Matt: "And the next opponent, for this..." Nick: "PADDLE ON A POLE MATCH!" The crowd falls silent, and everyone stands watching Nick. After a few seconds, everything returns to normal and Jin continues down the ramp. Matt: "Weighing 170lbs, from Tokyo, Japan. This is Jin Ryusaki!" Jin climbs onto the ring apron, as Max Payne advances towards him. Jin jumps over the top rope, lands on the middle rope inside the ring, and springboard moonsaults over Payne's head. -- Max turns around in confusion and is caught with an arm drag. He quickly rolls to his feet, and Jin hits another arm drag. Max gets up again quickly, and tries to punch Jin, but the shot is countered into a wrist lock. Max breaks the hold quickly with a back elbow, and then places Jin in a side headlock. Jin battles out of the headlock and pushes Max into the ropes. On the rebound, Max hits a shoulder tackle, flooring Jin. Max quickly runs off the ropes, and jumps over Jin, who is laid on the mat. As Max rebounds, Jin jumps up and hits a hurricanrana. Johnny: "Some beautiful technical wrestling there." Jin helps Max up, and tries to whip him, but Max counters and then pulls Jin in for an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Max gets to his feet, and heads towards the corner where the paddle is hanging from. As Max climbs onto the second rope, Jin stumbles to his feet, and quickly runs to the corner and jumps onto the second rope, following with a super German suplex. Nick: "GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY!" Jin pulls Max up, but is caught with a European uppercut. Max then tries to kick Jin, but he is caught with a dragon screw. Jin begins climbing the ropes, and just as he reachs the paddle, Max grabs him by the legs and has him set up for a powerbomb. Jin tries to counter with punches to the head, which stuns Max, and Jin tries for another hurricanrana, but Max blocks it. Max pulls Jin back onto his shoulders, and then falls back, sending Jin face first into the top turnbuckle pad. Jin staggers backwards, and Max hits the Payne-Plex. Johnny: "Nice effort Jin, but it's over!" Max again tries to climb towards the paddle, as Jin slowly stumbles to his feet. Max tries to climb to the top rope, but Jin springboards off the middle rope, and takes Max down with a clutch powerbomb. Jin pushes Max away, and gets to his feet. He runs himself off the ropes, and rebounds connecting with a spinning heel kick. As Max gets back to his feet, Jin attempts a dropkick, but Max sidesteps it. Jin struggles to his feet, and Max kicks him hard in the gut. He then sets up for the PayneHammer. Nick: "Jin WAS TRYING TO BUILD SOME MOMENTUM, BUT HE'S GOT MORE GUTS THAN BRAINS!" Payne lifts Jin vertically, and then goes to slam him down, but Jin counters the move mid-way down into an Ippon-zeoi. Max stumbles up to his feet clutching his neck, and Jin hits him with the Rocket Dive. Jin quickly gets back to his feet and climbs to the top rope, grabbing the paddle. Matt: "The winner, Jin Ryusaki!" Jin walks over to the ropes, and looks at Max as he walks up the ramp backwards, holding his head. The two men nod, and Max turns and walks up the ramp. Jin stands around waiting for the next opponent. -- Matt: "The next match will be..." Nick: "NO DISQUALIFICATION! GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY!" Johnny: "Nick, please stop it!" The French National Anthem begins playing on the PA system as the crowd erupt in boos. Jin watches the entrance way as Lance slides into the ring from behind. Johnny: "Lance just came through the crowd!" Lance grabs the paddle, and smashes it over the back of Jin's head. Lance then pushes Jin over the top, sending him to the wooden ringside floor. Lance climbs onto the ring apron, and hits a cross body. He begins looking under the ring for weapons, as Jin rolls back into the ring. Liam pulls out a road sign and slides into the ring. He tries to hit Jin, but he blocks the move by hitting the Ryusaki Kick Rush. Johnny: "Whoa, a kick, punch, knee and side kick to the head! What a combo!" Jin pulls Lance up, and tries for a German suplex, but Lance blokes with an elbow to the head. Jin staggers back, and Lance follows with a Northern Lights suplex. 1 2 KICKOUT! Jin gets to his feet, and Lance knocks him down with a high leg clothesline. Lance quickly pulls Jin back up, and hooks both of Jin's arms behind his back. Lance follows with a double underhook powerbomb, and finishes in a pin. 1 2 LANCE RELEASES! Nick: "GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY! LANCE IS GOOFIER THAN A PET COON! WHY DID HE LET Jin UP?!" Lance rolls onto his back, and Jin is revealed to have the Shining Finger locked in on Lance. Lance struggles for the ropes, but Jin increases the pressure. Lance lashes out and manages to punch Jin, breaking the hold. Lance gets to his feet, and is caught with an arm drag, and rolls out of the ring. He climbs back onto the ring apron, and Jin walks towards him. Lance drives his shoulder into Jin's gut, and Jin stumbles away. Lance then jumps onto the top rope and hits a springboard clothesline. 1 2 KICKOUT! Lance pulls Jin back up, and tries for a European uppercut, but is countered into a Dragon suplex. Jin gets up, runs himself into the ropes, and rebounds with a shining elbow drop and the cover. 1 2 KICKOUT! Johnny: "Very back and forth match, is this one!" Jin pulls Lance up, and goes for the Rocket Dive, but Lance counters into a falling reverse DDT, with the pin. 1 2 KICKOUT! Lance gets up, and tries to lift Jin, but is pushed away. Lance tries to kick Jin, but gets his foot caught. Lance swipes at Jin, but misses. Jin retaliates by spitting red mist in Lance's face and then hits the Stampede Kick. 1 2 KICKOUT! Nick: "LANCE IS TOUGHER THAN A TWO DOLLAR STEAK!" Lance gets to his feet slowly, and begins whiping the mist out of his eyes. Jin tries to whip Lance, but the attempt is countered and Lance follows with the D'Ville Cutter. Instead of making the cover, Lance applies an STF, and Jin starts crying out in pain. Johnny: "Is he going to tap?" --COMMERCIALS-- Johnny: "Welcome back. Apologies for the break, but we had to take one. During that three minute commercial, Jin reached the bottom rope and broke the hold. He followed up by hitting a desperation German suplex, and both men were down..." Both Lance and Jin get to their feet at the same time. Lance tries to punch Jin, but he blocks and fights back with the Ryusaki Kick Rush. As Jin tries for the final kick, Lance ducks and sweeps Jin's leg away, and goes for the STF again. Jin pulls himself to the ropes quickly, and rolls out of the ring. Lance tries to connect with a baseball slide, but Jin moves out of the way. Jin kicks Lance in the gut, and then hits a facecrusher into the ring steps. Nick: "THIS IS HEINOUS!" Lance staggers back, and Jin kicks him in the head, causing him to roll into the ring. Jin climbs onto the ring apron, as Lance lay motionless. Jin jumps over the top rope, lands on the second turnbuckle and hits a moonsault. 1 2 KICKOUT! Johnny: "What will it take to put Lance out?" Jin tries to pull Lance up, but is caught with a low blow, and is then pulled down into the second turnbuckle, and Lance rolls him up. 1 2 KICKOUT! Lance cries out in agony and begins arguing with Mills Lane. He turns back to Jin, and kicks him hard in the gut. Lance hooks Jin's arms, and goes for another double underhook powerbomb, but Jin manages to counter and lands on his feet. He then kicks Liam in the ribs, and sets up for a suplex. Lance breaks the hold, and tries for another D'Ville Cutter, but Jin blocks the move and kicks Lance in the gut again, and follows with the Rocket Dive. 1 2 KICKOUT! Jin: "God no!" Lance struggles to his feet, and Jin puts him in a front facelock. Lance drives Jin into the corner, and repeatedly shoulders him in the gut. Lance leads Jin back out, and tries for a Northern Lights suplex, but Jin manages to counter into a tornado DDT and floats over into the cover. 1 2 FOOT ON THE ROPE! Jin sits up, and takes a quick rest, before picking Lance back up. Jin begins throwing right hand punches, but Lance counters them with a knee into the gut. Lance follows with a vertical suplex, and continues the hold as he tries to lift Jin back up. Lance then follows with a second vertical suplex. Johnny: "Is Lance going for a trifector of suplexes?" Lances pulls Jin up for a third, but he struggles to lift Jin, who battles back with a shot to the ribs. Jin then lifts Lance vertical, and follows with the Blazing Tornado Suplex, into the cover. 1 2 3 Matt: "And your winner, Jin Ryusaki!"[/i] Jin stumbles to his feet, and falls down again. Nick: "THAT WAS A SLOBBERKNOCKER! I HOPE WE SEE THOSE TWO STALLIONS LOCK UP AGAIN!" Johnny: "Me too!" -- Matt: "Nick, what will the next match be?" Nick: "IT'S NOT GOING TO BE FOR THE WEAK OF HEART! FIRST BLOOD!" BRIGHTY'S HERE TO BRIGHT UP YOUR DAY! The stage erupts with fireworks of all different colours as "Song 2" by Blur hits the PA system. Matt: "And now, weighing in at 380lbs, from Colchester. Please welcome BRIGHTY!" Brighty walks down the ramp, slapping hands with the fans as he passes. Brighty climbs up the ring steps and enters the ring, looking across at a very tired Jin. -- Jin staggers to the centre of the ring, and the two men lock-up in a collar-elbow tie-up. Brighty quickly overpowers the lightweight, and sends him flying. Jin looks up at Brighty, who grins and shakes his belly. Johnny: "You have to think that Jin is in a lot of trouble now..." Jin gets back up, and the two men go to lock-up again, but Jin ducks under and goes behind Brighty, and sweeps his legs away. Jin quickly runs himself off the ropes, and leg drops Brighty across the back of the neck as he tries to get up. Jin follows up with a shining elbow drop, keeping the big man down. Nick: "Jin'S QUICKER THAN A HICCUP!" Jin rolls out of the ring, and begins looking under the ring. He eventually emerges with a little drawstring bag, and holds it so that everyone can see it. He opens the bag and pulls out a set of nunchucks, and then rolls back into the ring. Brighty charges Jin, but is caught with a shot in the gut from the nunchucks, and doubles up. Jin whips Brighty into the ropes, and drops to the mat on the rebound, as Brighty jumps over him. As Brighty rebounds a second time, Jin looks to hit a hurricanrana, but Brighty counters into a vicious powerbomb. Johnny: "Jin has to be down and out from that!" As Jin lay motionless, Brighty walks over him, and sits down on his chest. Johnny: "Oh Christ! Where'd Jin go?!" Brighty begins digging into his pockets, and pulls out a fork. He looks at the fork with a smile, and then drives it into Jin's forehead. Nick: "SHADES OF THE GREAT ABDULLAH THE BUTCHER!" Brighty goes for another shot, but is struck from behind by Lance D'Ville. Brighty falls foward, and Lance begins choking him with the French flag. Mills Lane pulls Lance away, but Lance pushes Mills down. Johnny: "What is this all about?!" Lance grabs the fork, and begins scratching Brighty in the face, cutting him open. Jin tries to get up, but Lance stamps on his face. Mills tries to restrain Lance, but is caught with a European uppercut. Lance begins digging the fork into Jin's forehead, cutting him open as well. Nick: "HE'S BUSTED WIDE OPEN!" Lance begins stomping on both men in a blind rage. Brighty slowly gets back to his feet, and begins trading punches with Lance. Mills struggles back to his feet, and realises that both Brighty and Jin are cut open, and calls over Matt Hudson, who hands him a microphone, and then rings the bell. Mills: "This match is over!" The crowd begin booing, as Lance and Brighty look at Mills. Mills: "No-one can win this ma..." Mills gets interupted by Drain STH's "Simon Says". Phoenix walks through the curtains with an angry look on his face, and a microphone in hand. Phoenix: "End the match? Good call Mills! Ruin it all. Another week without a champion! But hey, if that French piece of crap can't control himself, there's no choice!" Johnny: "Where's Phoenix going with this?" Phoenix: "So, how about next week on SiN, you three have a match! For the NWW Worlds Heavyweight Title! Triple threat rules!" Nick: "OH YES! WHAT WILL HAPPEN COME NEXT WEEK'S SIN?!" Phoenix: "Brighty versus Jin versus Lance!" The crowd begin cheering, as the three men in the ring look up at Phoenix on the ramp. Phoenix turns to leave, but is stopped by the sounds of Saliva's "King of the World". Kronic walks through the curtains, and snatches the microphone from Phoenix's hand. Kronic: "What the Hell? You're giving those three a shot, when I won the right to be the last man into this match. Then you go and cancel it before I get my shot? I think you'd better reconsider the match!" Kronic begins pushing Phoenix towards the edge of the ramp. Phoenix snatches the microphone back. Phoenix: "Alright, alright! It's a fatal four way!" Kronix grins, and steps away from Phoenix, who heads backstage. Kronic looks down at the three men in the ring. Johnny: "A fatal four way for next SiN?!" Nick: "GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY!" Lance begins shouting at Kronic from the ring, when Brighty strikes him from behind. He kicks Lance in the gut and hits a Brighty Bomb. As Brighty gets back up, Jin hits a Stampede Kick, knocking Brighty down. Jin begins staring down Kronic as the show's credits come up in the corner of the screen. Johnny: "See you all next week! Good fight, good night!"
