After the break we learn that Chris was taken off to a nearby hospital – much to his dismay. Despite this the show must go on. With the first round of the hardcore tournament finished it’s time for Jin Ryusaki vs. Red Faction. It was an extremely fast paced match with both men zipping around the ring, hitting high-flying, high-impact moves one after another. Near falls coming up at almost regular intervals. Things slowed down after a ‘Red Fusion’ from Red Faction but the match wasn’t over. Jin fought back valiantly hitting a ‘Rocket Dive’ and locking in the ‘Dragon Slave’ but Red got to the ropes quickly. The end, however, did come when Red attempted the ‘Red Factor’ but Jin flipped out of it landed on his feet and nailed a perfectly painful looking Grendizer Cutter for the 3 count. A fast flowing match, with both men pumped for their Wrestlefest matches meant this one was over quicker than expected.
